Essentials of Diagnosis:-


• History of frequent attacks of biliary colic (i.e. right upper quadrant abdominal pain referred to right scapula).
• Flatulant dyspepsia with fatty food intolerance.
• Non-functioning gall bladder on IV cholecysto-
graphy or presence of gallstones.

Treatment:-


-Cholecystectomy.
