Investigation:-
-CBC,LFT,S.Creatinine
-Urine test
– X – RAY CHEST
-USG ABDOMEN AND PELVIS
-ENDOSCOPY
Treatment:-
– INJ.NEUROBION 2cc IM alternate days for 10 days
-SYP.CYPERHEPTADINE 1TSP thrice daily 30 min before food for 2 months
-Tab.zentel 400 mg 1tsb Stat
– Digestive enzymes (Tablet/Syrup)
– Nutritious diet (high in protein)
-Exercise
-Stop Smoking & Alcohol
If anemic then Iron tablet once daily for 3 months
