So, you got carried away on Easter and made way more than you should have? Or, you have already hard-boiled and colored dozens of eggs for the kids, but now cannot decide what to do with all the leftover boiled eggs. Be it any dish, the leftover from Easter tastes wonderful the next day too. Here we tell you how you can give Easter leftover a twist and enjoy another scrumptious meal. Psst, be happy. You don’t have to cook for a few days.

HAM:- Slightly sweet, clove-flecked pineapple ham is an Easter dinner tradition. As satisfying as the warm slices taste right out of the oven, the leftover tastes even better. you can make a sandwich with all your favorite vegetables and add thin ham slices. Or you can make leftover meat fried rice with a leftover veg on top. Or get bit more creative and make a ham frittata. It’s an easy one-pan dish that’s sure to please. Serve with some heated spaghetti sauce on top. Or try ham and peas noodles with lots of vegetables.

SALMON:- The best way to use leftover salmon is to use it along with boiled eggs. Take the yolk out of the boiled eggs and mix it with salmon and some cheese. put the mixture back in the egg and make deviled eggs. Children will love it.

BOILED EGGS:- There are many dishes that you can make using boiled eggs, apart from the usual egg curry. For the children, you can make an egg salad or scrambled hard-boiled eggs. you can also try an all=American cobb salad. Try breakfast chili if you love spicy food, all you need is diced hard-boiled eggs, beans, sausage, bacon and cheese. Say no more!

MEAT AND BEAN SOUP:- Boil beans and let it stand for three to four hours after which discard the water and wash the beans. Take which ever vegetables you like and saute them together. Add the meat, Worcestershire sauce, salt, thyme, pepper, bay leaves, and a lot of water and bring it to a boil. Cover the soup and let it simmer for an hour and a half until beans are tender. Remove the bones from the meat and cut into smaller pieces. Garnish with some fresh parsley and serve hot.
