HOME REMEDIES IN DIET PLAN FOR LOSING WEIGHT
1) JEERA AND HONEY AND LIME DRINK:-
Boil water with 2 tsp jeera and boil jeera water for long time. Then filter it and put honey and lime in it and drink.
2) CURRY LEAVES AND WARM WATER:-
Eat about 7 curry leaves. After eating curry leaves and drink water after eating them.
3) APPLE CIDER AND WARM WATER AND HONEY:-
With warm water, add 1 tbsp apple cider a nd 1 tbsp honey and drink it.
4) FAT CUTTER DRINK:-
1 glass of water, Aloe Vera juice, Lime and honey. Add together in it. And drink this for weight loss.
