MILD COVID 19 HOME ISOLATION & RECOVERY POCKET GUIDE (covid 3.0)

I tested positive for covid 19 with mild symptoms what should i do next?
FOLLOW 6 STEPS :-
1.ISOLATE- even if you don’t have symptoms and are vaccinated.
2.Alert those you came in close contact with.
3.Connect with your doctor.
4.Close monitor yourself.
5.Pay attension to the warning signs
– Breathing difficulty
-Fall in oxygen level
-Severe cough
-Mental confusion
-Persistent pain/pressure in chest
-High grade temperature for > 3 days.

6.Eat well ,Rest ,Stay Calm .
BASIC MANTRA FOR THE 3rd COVID WAVE :-
-ISOLATE
-MONITOR
-REST WELL
When can i discontinue home isolation? Do i need to get re-tested once isolation is over?
-Isolation can be ended if at least 7 days have passed since you tested positive & there is no fever for 3 consecutive days.
-No need to test after isolation.
While isolating ,Remember :-
-Do not self medicate with antibiotics or steroids
-Do not use inhaler’s unless prescribed by your doctor .
-Do not undergo unnecessary blood investigation or X-ray unless advised by your doctor.
