Simple tips to a healthy life


Being healthier doesn’t have to mean overhauling your entire lifestyle. Sometimes all it takes a few simple changes.

1) Drink plenty of water.

2) Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a beggar.

3) Eat more foods that grow on trees and eat less food that is manfuactured by plants.

4) Live with 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasism, and Empathy.

5) Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.

6) Sleep for at least 7 hours.

7) Take a 10-20 staircase walk everyday — and while you walk, smile 🙂

8) Don’t have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead you invest your energy in the positive present moment.

9) Don’t waste your precious energy on GOSSIP.

10) Dream more while you are awake.

11) Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
