1.SLOW DOWN:-

In fact, studies comparing different eating speeds show that fast eaters are much more likely to eat more and have a higher body mass index (BMI) than slow eaters

2.CHOOSE WHOLE GRAIN BREAD :-

You can easily make your diet a bit healthier by choosing whole grain bread in place of traditional refined grain bread.

They’re also a good source of: 

  • fiber
  • B vitamins
  • minerals such as zinc, iron, magnesium, and manganese.

3.DO NOT SHOP WITHOUT LIST:-

Make your shopping list ahead of time and don’t go to the store hungry.

4.EAT EGGS:-

Eggs are very healthy ,especially if u eat then in the morning.They are rich in protein abd other essential nutrition’s.

5.TAKE MORE PROTEIN:-

Protein is the king of nutrition’s. So take more protein.

Fruits are rich in fiber ,vitamin’s ,water and antioxidants . Fruis reduce the risk of seversl diseases.

Using healthy oil is again good for healthy body.Healthy oil reduce the risk of heart problems and high cholesterol.
