1) ALKALINE DIET:-

The theory goes that whenever you eat anything, the residue it leaves is either acidic or basic. Foods that contain acid are said to reduce the body’s pH (acidic) levels leading to weight gain.

EAT — Beetroot, avocodo, broccolli, spinach, kale, peas, beans and cucumber.

AVOID — Meats, eggs, refined sugars, white flour and diary.

2) DASH DIET:-

The diet is also very simple. Eat meat, fish, poultry, nuts and beans. Swap refined good grains for whole grains. Opt for fat-free diary products and avoid foods containing high salt. May not sound cool but is considered most effective.

EAT — Vegetables, fruits, whole wheat grains, fish, poultry, and beans and vegetable oils.

AVOID — Alcohol and red meats.

3) PALEO DIET:-

The paleo diet encourages a total is back to basic approach in eating where all kinds of processed foods, milk, grains, sugar or anything refined by artificial processes is ignored. Which means saying a good bye to tea, coffee, smoothies and anything touched by technology and welcoming lean meats, fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts and even oils from fruits such as olives and walnuts. A lot of water intake is encouraged along with heavy work outs.

EAT —- meat, fish, fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, nuts and seeds, and healthy oils.

AVOID —- Artificial sweetners, processed foods, cereal grains, peanuts, lentils, refined vegetable oils and salt.
